We had a great time at the house. It's great for families with kids. The house is clean and there is everything you need. We enjoyed the garden with the pool. I definitely recommend this place.

My family of 3 adults and two kids stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and loved it! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We received clear instructions for arrival, departure, and how to connect and operate all devices. The home was very roomy with 3 large bedrooms. It was very well decorated with all of the amenities. The home is very clean and well furnished. It was within walking distance of restaurants. Rich the property Manager was excellent in keeping in touch with us and taking care of our needs. My wife and I would like to stay there again next time we come down. Very reasonable price.

We were so happy with our decision to rent this home for our vacation. It was neat, clean and ready for our arrival. There were plenty of towels and lots of beach towels. There were chairs and an umbrella that we took to the beach with us. It was great to be able to walk to beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops, ice cream shops, etc., and not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed the pool, which is very large, and sitting outside having coffee in the morning or just lounging in one of the lounge chairs. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property to others and would definitely stay again. It is located in an area I wouldn't mind living during the winter months!!

Great vacation home! The house was beautiful, very clean and plenty of room. We soon found out that everything was in close proximity of the house. We loved the fully stocked kitchen as we prefer to eat in most meals. Beds were great, back yard was nice for evening dinners and the living room area was very welcoming. Rich, property manager, was friendly and available when we needed him. Thank you for opening your home to us. We are very pleased with everything and we will recommend to others. Large and very comfortable! Large and very comfortable house. Very clean also. Simple neighborhood, but still close to the beach, supermarket and shoppings by car. The kitchen has everything and all the equipment works properly. The best house we rented in Florida. Recomend and would stay here again.

Nice house with plenty of space and a good price! Nice house situated 10 min by car to the beach. The street was a dead-end street and quiet. Plenty of space and well maintained, clean. Plenty of equipment in the house. The property manager was very helpful and service minded. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. It was nice with a garden and a barbeque. We can only recommend this place. Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Lovely! Our stay with this property was great. We were a party of 7, with 3 kids. We had plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect. Everything was working, the kids even had toys readily available. The beach is not that close, but everything is accessible with a car. This is by far, the best house we ever rented! Merci aux propriétaires qui en prennent bien soin. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A great find! Very nice, clean home. We were pleased to find the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare and serve meals, including both a coffee machine and espresso-maker. The beds were very comfortable, and the property manager was friendly and available if needed.
